BioAccel™ Commercialization Programs Application Process
Applicants wishing to apply for BioAccel™ Commercialization Programs support should submit their contact information below to indicate their intent to apply for funding and subsequently e-mail (preferably), mail, or fax the following information to complete an application.

- Proposal with budget (proposal guidelines are found below)
The application materials can be e-mailed to

nvdp@bioaccel.org, faxed to 602-385-3215, or mailed to BioAccel™, 1850 N Central, Suite 1050, Phoenix, AZ, 85004.
Application Guidelines: <10 pages that includes the following information:
- Applicant name and contact information
- Project title
- Abstract/executive summary
- Background and preliminary data, including relevant literature citations
- Proposed major tasks of project
- Timeline associated with major tasks to be supported by BioAccel™
- Detailed budget (use template if possible)
- Estimated timeline and funding requirements (beyond BioAccel™ support) for product to reach the market
- Commercialization potential
- How does the technology address an unmet need?
- What is the intended market?
- What does the competitive landscape look like?
- Description of known intellectual property (patents, etc) related to the project, whether owned by the researcher or unassociated parties
- Amount and source of funding already received by applicant related to project/company.
- As economic development metrics, provide the current and estimated five-year outlook for facilities/space needs (square footage and any special facility requirements) as well as the number of current and future employees
- If the application is coming from an existing early stage company, BioAccel™ will require corporate documents such as licenses, contracts, five-year financial projections, ownership structure, and business plan. If no business plan is available, a description about the business model including marketing and pricing strategy and sales forecast is required. All of this information can be collected under a CDA if necessary.
- Supplementary materials such as manuscripts, presentations, and corporate documents can be submitted in addition to the 10 page application.
