Outreach & Education Development
BioAccel™ supports educational events that benefit scientists, philanthropists, students, and the general public about various topics related to the commercialization of life science technologies. BioAccel™ also expects to provide scholarship opportunities for selected entrepreneurs to obtain knowledge from existing programs such as ASU's Technopolis Launch Pad program and local Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant writing assistance programs.
Additionally, BioAccel™ plans to develop an internship program that will match college-level students with opportunities within BioAccel™ and with the start-up companies it works with to allow the students to gain valuable hands-on experience.
